CommonTraits Of Highly Successful People

We have all read about people who are successful briefly. They win a gold medal, make a fortune, or star in one great movie…and then disappear. Or, there are those like Marilyn Monroe, who achieve extraordinary success, at the cost of their own lives. These examples do not inspire anyone. Successful people recognize the importance of taking care of their physical, emotional, and mental health. They prioritize exercise, healthy eating, sleep, and self-care activities to maintain their well-being and energy. But the real successful people who are focussed on their goals and all the aspects of a balanced life are the ones who work hard. They play hard, too! They get up early, they rarely complain, they expect performance from others, but they expect extraordinary performance from themselves. Repeated, high-level success starts with a recognition that hard work pays off. They manage their time effectively, and are skilled at managing their time and avoiding procrastination. They are incredibly curious and eager to learn. They study, ask questions and read constantly. An interesting point, however, is that while most of them did well in their early life, they took advantage of what they learned. Repeated success is not about memorizing facts, it’s about being able to take information and create, build, or apply it in new and important ways. Successful people want to learn everything about everything. They embrace failure and are not afraid to fail. They recognize failure as a natural part of the learning process, and they use failures as opportunities to grow and improve. They network. They know lots of people, and lots of different kinds of people. They listen to friends, neighbors, co-workers. They don’t have to be people who waste their time on unnecessary activities. In fact many are quiet, even shy, but they value people and they value relationships. Successful people have a database full of people who value their friendship and return their calls. They work on themselves and never quit. While the “overnight wonders” become arrogant and quickly disappear, really successful people work on their personality, their leadership skills, management skills, and every other detail of life. When a relationship or business deal goes sour, they assume they can learn from it and they expect to do better next time. Successful people don’t tolerate flaws; they fix them. They are extraordinarily creative. They see new combinations, new possibilities, new opportunities and challenges where others see problems or limitations. They ask for advice, try things out, consult experts and amateurs, always looking for a better, faster, cheaper solution. Successful people create stuff. They practice gratitude and appreciate the people and things in their lives. They maintain a positive attitude and focus on the good, even during challenging times. Successful people often give back to their communities or contribute to causes they care about. They use their success to make a positive impact on the world around them. They are self-reliant and take responsibility. Incredibly successful people don’t worry about blame, and they don’t waste time complaining. They make decisions and move on. Sometimes they are criticized for taking this to extremes – Jimmy Carter carried his own briefcase which a President cannot be expected to do. Extremely successful people take the initiative and accept the responsibilities of success. They are usually relaxed and keep their perspective. Even in times of stress or turmoil, highly successful people keep their balance, they know the value of timing, humor, and patience. They rarely panic or make decisions on impulse. Unusually successful people breathe easily, ask the right questions, and make sound decisions, even in a crisis. Extremely successful people live in the present moment. They know that NOW is the only time they can control. They have a gift for looking people in the eye, listening to what is being said, enjoying a meal or fine wine, music or playing with a child. They never seem rushed, and they get a lot done! They take full advantage of each day. Successful people don’t waste time, they use it! They look over the horizon to see the future. They observe trends, notice changes, see shifts, and hear the nuances that others miss. Extremely successful people live in the present, with one eye on the future. Repeatedly successful people respond instantly. When an investment isn’t working out, they sell. When they see an opportunity, they make the call. If an important relationship is cooling down, they take time to renew it. When technology or a new competitor or a change in the economic situation requires an adjustment, they are the first and quickest to respond. These traits work together in combination, giving repeatedly successful people a huge advantage over others. Of course, there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ formula for success, and what works for one person may not work for another. However, these are some common traits and habits that successful people often exhibit because they are insatiable learners, they can respond wisely to change. Because their personal relationships are strong, they have good advisors, and a reserve of goodwill when things go bad. And finally, none of these traits are genetic! They can be learned! They are free and they are skills you can use. So there is always a time for everyone to START.

Smith emphasizes the importance of never giving up on your dreams, even in the face of adversity. He acknowledges that life can be tough and that we all face challenges and setbacks along the way, but he encourages us to keep pushing forward and never let our circumstances define us. He reminds us that we have the power to create our own destiny and that we must take action if we want to achieve our goals. It's a powerful reminder that we all have the potential to achieve great things if we are willing to put in the effort and stay focused on our goals. "The only thing that I see that is distinctly different about me is that I'm not afraid to die on a treadmill. I will not be outworked, period. You might have more talent than me, you might be smarter than me, you might be sexier than me, you might be all of those things you got it on me in nine categories. But if we get on the treadmill together, there's two things: You're getting off first, or I'm going to die. It's really that simple." This quote encapsulates the message of Will Smith's speech - that success is not just about talent or intelligence, but about the willingness to work hard and persevere through challenges. It's a reminder that success is not handed to us, but earned through our efforts and determination. Smith goes on to say that we must be willing to take risks and step out of our comfort zones if we want to achieve greatness. He encourages us to embrace failure as a necessary part of the learning process and to never let fear hold us back from pursuing our dreams. Overall, Will Smith's speech on "In pursuit of happiness" is a powerful and inspiring message about the importance of hard work, perseverance, and taking action to achieve our goals and find happiness in life. "I believe that I can create whatever I want to create. If I can put my head on it right, study it, learn the patterns, and — it's hard to put into words, it's real metaphysical, esoteric nonsense, but I feel very strongly that we are who we choose to be." This quote highlights the power of our thoughts and beliefs in shaping our reality. Smith encourages us to take ownership of our lives and to believe in our ability to create the life we want for ourselves. He also stresses the importance of learning and studying to achieve our goals. Success is not just about working hard, but also about developing the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. Overall, Will Smith's speech is a powerful call to action for all of us to pursue our dreams with passion, perseverance, and a belief in our own potential. It's a reminder that success is not just about talent or intelligence, but about the willingness to work hard, take risks, and believe in ourselves. No problem! Here's one final excerpt from Will Smith's speech on "In Pursuit of Happiness"I'm motivated by fear. Fear of fear. I hate being scared to do something. And I think what developed in my early days was the attitude that I started attacking things that I was scared of." In this quote, Smith talks about how he uses fear as a motivator to take action and face his challenges head-on. He acknowledges that fear is a natural emotion, but encourages us to use it as a catalyst for growth and progress rather than allowing it to hold us back.
He goes on to say that his mindset is focused on attacking his fears and pushing himself beyond his comfort zone. This attitude has helped him achieve success and overcome obstacles in his life. Overall, Will Smith's speech on "In Pursuit of Happiness" is a powerful and inspiring message that encourages us to take responsibility for our lives, work hard, persevere through challenges, and pursue our dreams with passion and determination.

#ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER #

Arnold Schwarzenegger's "Stay Hungry" speech is a popular and inspiring motivational speech that has resonated with many people. The speech was delivered at the University of Southern California's commencement ceremony in 2009. In his speech, Schwarzenegger spoke about his own personal journey and how he had achieved success through hard work, determination, and a relentless drive to pursue his goals. He encouraged the graduates to embrace their own passion and hunger for success, and to never give up on their dreams. "I came over here to pursue my dream, to be a bodybuilding champion, to get into movies, and to make millions of dollars. And let me tell you, it was not easy. It took a lot of hard work, a lot of determination, and a lot of persistence. But I never gave up. If I had listened to the naysayers, the critics, the people who said it couldn't be done, I would never have achieved any of the success that I have today. But I didn't listen to them. I stayed hungry. I stayed driven. And I never gave up on my dreams." Schwarzenegger's speech is a powerful reminder that success is not achieved overnight, and that it requires a relentless pursuit of one's goals and a willingness to overcome obstacles and setbacks. It continues to inspire and motivate people around the world to pursue their own passions and to never give up on their dreams. "I've learned that the biggest obstacle that we face in life is not the obstacle itself, but rather the doubt and fear that we carry with us. It's the doubt that we can't achieve our goals, that we're not good enough, or that we don't have what it takes to succeed. But let me tell you something: doubt and fear are just illusions. They're not real. They're just thoughts that we create in our minds. And we have the power to overcome them. The key to success is to have a clear vision of what you want, to set specific goals, and to take consistent action towards achieving them. And most importantly, to stay hungry. Stay hungry for knowledge, for growth, for improvement. Stay hungry for success." Schwarzenegger's message in this speech is clear and powerful: success is within our reach if we are willing to work hard, stay focused, and never give up on our dreams. His words continue to inspire and motivate people of all ages and backgrounds to pursue their passions and achieve their goals. "I'm not saying that success is easy. It's not. It requires hard work, sacrifice, and discipline. But the rewards are worth it. The feeling of accomplishment that comes from achieving your goals is unlike anything else. And the best part is that success is not reserved for a select few. It's available to anyone who is willing to work for it. It doesn't matter where you come from, what your background is, or what obstacles you may face. If you have the hunger, the drive, and the determination to succeed, you can achieve anything." Schwarzenegger's speech is a powerful reminder that success is achievable for anyone who is willing to put in the hard work and stay focused on their goals. His story is an inspiration to many, and his message continues to motivate people around the world to pursue their own dreams and passions. "Remember, success is not just about achieving your goals. It's also about the journey that you take to get there. It's about the lessons that you learn along the way, the people that you meet, and the experiences that you have. So, as you go out into the world, stay hungry. Stay passionate. Stay curious. Never stop learning. Never stop growing. And never stop pursuing your dreams. Because in the end, it's not about what you achieve or how much money you make. It's about who you become. It's about the legacy that you leave behind. So, my friends, I urge you to stay hungry. Stay foolish. And most importantly, stay focused on your dreams. Because anything is possible if you believe in yourself and never give up." Schwarzenegger's speech emphasizes the importance of personal growth and development, and encourages his audience to stay focused and determined in order to achieve their dreams. His message inspires people to take action towards their goals and never give up, even in the face of adversity. Schwarzenegger's "Stay Hungry" speech is a powerful reminder that success is possible for anyone who is willing to work hard and stay committed to their dreams. "Don't be afraid to fail. In fact, I encourage you to fail. Because failure is not the opposite of success, it's part of success. You learn more from your failures than you do from your successes. So embrace your failures, learn from them, and use them as stepping stones to your success. And remember, success is not a one-time event. It's a lifestyle. It's a mindset. It's a series of small, consistent actions that you take every day to move closer to your goals. So focus on the process, not just the outcome. Stay hungry. Stay driven. Stay focused. And never let anyone else's negativity or doubt bring you down. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and know that anything is possible if you're willing to work for it." Schwarzenegger's speech is full of motivational messages, and this excerpt encourages the audience to embrace failure as part of the journey to success. It also emphasizes the importance of consistency and a positive mindset, and urges people to believe in themselves and their abilities. Schwarzenegger's words inspire people to take action and never give up on their dreams, no matter how big or challenging they may be. "Finally, I want to leave you with this: success is not just about what you achieve in life, but it's also about what you inspire others to do. It's about the impact that you make on the world around you. So, my friends, I challenge you to not only achieve your own dreams, but to also help others achieve theirs. Be a positive influence in the world. Use your talents and your resources to make a difference. And always remember that the greatest measure of success is the impact that you have on the lives of others. So stay hungry, stay driven, and always strive to be the best version of yourself. Because the world needs your passion, your creativity, and your energy. The world needs you to be a leader and a positive force for change. Thank you, and remember, stay hungry." This final excerpt from Schwarzenegger's speech highlights the importance of using one's success and talents to make a positive impact on the world. It encourages the audience to strive for greatness not only for their own benefit, but also for the benefit of others. Schwarzenegger's speech is a powerful reminder that success is not just about personal achievement, but also about making a positive impact on the world around us.

#CAN MONEY REALLY BUY HAPPINESS#

This is a question that has contrasting answers when asked to different people of various age groups, professions and geographical locations. Some may think yes money can buy happiness, while some may strongly disagree.

BUT ACCORDING TO A DEEP STUDY, THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION IS : N0, MONEY CANNOT BUY YOU HAPPINESS.

The point is to not treat money as the ultimate goal, but as a means to an end, to shape a meaningful existence

Money can’t buy us happiness, but it’s a tool that can give us security and safety and a sense of control over lives,“At the end of the day, life is really about our connections with others. It’s our relationships that keep us happy.”

The notion that you will be satisfied if you chase a money-oriented achievement – like a big promotion pushes happiness into the future and is always out of reach.“The problem with that approach is that life passes you by.”

The more complex answer to the simple question of whether money can buy happiness is this. Yes, money is obviously a big part of our everyday lives, and up to a certain income level, will indeed affect our satisfaction, in terms of meeting basic needs and providing for our families

ONE SHOULD TREASURE WORK FRIENDSHIPS
Yes, the main purpose of going into the office is for the paycheck. But do not discount all the little daily interactions with the people around you in the office, because it turns out they are very important indeed.

“A large part of our waking lives is spent at work, and if you believe that relationships make for a good life, then you need to think about your connections at work,“Those relationships are important to your well-being because you spend such a large amount of time with them.”

PREPARE FOR A POST RETIREMENT NOW

As per the report, retirement represents a significant risk to many people’s happiness and sense of self-worth: Since so many people are so identified with their careers and job titles, retirement can take all that away and make them feel totally lost.

That is why mid-career professionals should think about that gear-shifting now. Build a life framework with purpose and meaning and networks outside of the office. That could mean taking up new activities, or repairing old friendships, or volunteering for favourite causes.

“People who have done best in retirement are those who lean into it, and think about their social connections, and rebuild their networks outside of work.

VALUE EXPERIENCES OVER THINGS

Accumulating more stuff is not going to nudge the happiness meter. Instead, think in terms of experiences.

“Rather than buying a bigger house or a nicer car, if you use your money to share experiences with others, that money will get you a better return on happiness,

That might be a vacation, or treating your family to a nice dinner. "Those are the kinds of activities that allow us to connect."
AND BE HAPPY IN THE REAL SENSE.

YOU HAVE A GIANT WITHIN YOU

This may seem weird to some people, but the fact is that there definitely is a giant within you, provided you realise  the potential of the power of your  mind.

The key to success and happiness lies within each of us, and that we have the power to change our lives for the better. Our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are the driving forces behind our actions, and that by changing the way we think and feel, we can change the results we get in life.

It is for people to take control of their  lives and unleash their full potential. This inspiring message, practical advice, and motivational tone, helps  countless people to transform their  lives and achieve their dreams.

It is very  important of taking control of our state, of our emotional and mental state, to break free from limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior,  using it to drive our success.  Our state determines our level of confidence, motivation, and focus, and that by mastering it, we can achieve anything we set our minds to.

The power of creating new habits and replacing negative thoughts and behaviors with positive ones is astounding. By making small, consistent changes, we can gradually transform our lives and achieve lasting results.

Another important aspect is ones focus on the power of relationships. That  our relationships with others are critical to our success and happiness, and that by fostering positive, supportive relationships, we can unlock our full potential.

We should be consistent, purposeful action towards our goals and  that without action, our dreams will remain just that—dreams—and that by taking action, we can make our dreams a reality.

That "You Have a Giant Within you "  is a powerful and inspiring truth  about taking control of our lives and realizing our full potential. You only have to awaken the giant by focusing on the power of our thoughts, emotions, habits, and relationships, we have to take action and make the changes necessary to achieve our dreams.
